So I have been starting to cook more lately, it's been something to keep my mind occupied while DeWayne has been gone (he is in Iraq in case anyone reading this is really out of the loop). I thought I'd start sharing some of the recipes that have been successes, and maybe a random failure now and then just for kicks. I prefer to cook from scratch, but came across this recipe and thought it was something Faith would like. I'm trying to get away from condensed soups, but this was an easy recipe to whip up, and Faith chowed it down! I served it with mashed potatoes (sidenote: I only recently found mashed potatoes to be edible, since becoming pregnant with Faith my tastes for potatoes changed, and I now like them), and used the green bean/soup mixture as a gravy on top of the potatoes, and it was quite yummy. Faith has been getting pickier lately, so anything she'll eat large quantities of is a keeper for me.

I was OBSESSED with mashed potatoes when I was pregnant for Maya.
I never really made them before that..but I'd get up in the middle of the night to make them. Crazy.
